  • I bought a brand new 2013 Impala not from Champion. The vehicle was delivered to my house. The next day when I drove the vehicle for the first time I had terrible thumping/rattling from the left front of the vehicle. I took the vehicle to Champion and discovered that the front strut mount bolts were not tightened. They made the fix and I picked up the vehicle.
